Each persona brings their own communication style, vocabulary, expectations, and edge-case behaviors. A 67-year-old retiree interacts differently than a 25-year-old developer.

Structured audit report

Get a report covering success rates by demographic, failure categories, tone mismatches, and specific interaction transcripts where things went wrong.
